    I wanted to purchase a chappal costs 190 rupees..Once I try to place order it says trackon don't have service in my area..if you want to get it through india post you should pay extra 50 rupees..which means 110 rupees for Shipping. I asked your customer service person why it is 110 rupees as I know India post is much cheaper than other services..But he replied me we don't want to deal with you. He is not ready to give explanation. This is not fair at all.. you should be transparent in business. You should convince Customer why it costs more. Who will purchase a chappal costs 190 rupees with shipping charge of 110 ??
